We currently deliver across all major cities and regions in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Our service areas may expand based on future logistics availability and customer demand.

All orders placed through PICKS ONLINE BD are processed and shipped within 3 to 7 working days. This delivery window is necessary as all our products are imported, requiring additional handling and customs clearance before reaching your doorstep.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Order Processing Time: 24–48 hours after payment confirmation

Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on product category, location, weather conditions, or unexpected delays in import clearance.

3. Delivery 

Our won deliver service ensure safe and timely delivery of your products. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: Dhaka city home delivery fee 80Tk.

  • Free Delivery: May be applicable during special campaigns or on orders over a specific amount.

5. Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email, along with tracking details. Please ensure someone is available at your provided address to receive the package.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

While we strive to meet our stated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. In case of:

  • Delay: We will notify you of the expected new delivery date.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Our courier will make two attempts to deliver. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned and subject to cancellation.
